This is so easy, I hesitat to even call it a recipe!
Serves: 3 Qts
- smoked beef bone
- 1 celeriac root & top (can substitute 5-6 stalks of celery)
- 1 large onion
- Scrub celeriac root and slice in half, clean outer peel from onion and slice in half
- Add 6 quarts water to your soup pot.
- Add vegetables and bone.
- Cover and simmer 10-12 hours
- Strain vegetables and bone from the broth.
