This is so easy, I hesitat to even call it a recipe!
Serves: 3 Qts
  • smoked beef bone
  • 1 celeriac root & top (can substitute 5-6 stalks of celery)
  • 1 large onion
  1. Scrub celeriac root and slice in half, clean outer peel from onion and slice in half
  2. Add 6 quarts water to your soup pot.
  3. Add vegetables and bone.
  4. Cover and simmer 10-12 hours
  5. Strain vegetables and bone from the broth.
