Pork Chili Verdi
- 2-3 lb pork shoulder steak
- 2 cups green salsa
- 2 cups (4 4oz cans) mild green chilies
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 cups water
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker & cook on high heat 6-8 hours.
- Remove pork from the cooker and shred (removing any bones or excess fat).
- Return to sauce and serve with warm tortillas & rice.
