Pork Chili Verdi
 
Ingredients
  • 2-3 lb pork shoulder steak
  • 2 cups green salsa
  • 2 cups (4 4oz cans) mild green chilies
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 cups water
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker & cook on high heat 6-8 hours.
  2. Remove pork from the cooker and shred (removing any bones or excess fat).
  3. Return to sauce and serve with warm tortillas & rice.
