Ground beef is an incredibly versatile ingredient that has a key place in our family’s meal planning. Its adaptability makes it a staple in a wide range of dishes, from comfort foods like hamburgers and meatballs to favorites such as tacos, pasta sauce, and chili.

We make a lot of stir fries and Asian inspired meals and Korean Beef first came into our rotation when I was looking for a way to use ground beef in that type of cuisine.
Taco Soup, Chili Pie, and Super Nachos are all broadly TexMex in nature. Ground beef lends itself wonderfully to that flavor profile.
Meatballs are a category all thrir own! I love making a huge batch and having the convenience of a main dish more than halfway done when it’s time to get dinner on the table. Meatball subs, pasta with meatballs, meatballs with brown gravy and mashed potatoes are all popular choices. Recently we tried a new variation, meatballs stroganoff. The texture and flavor of ground beef lend themselves so well to various cooking methods. It can be grilled, sautéed, baked, or simmered to perfection. Its ability to absorb flavors and spices also makes it a fantastic canvas for experimentation and customization.
