• Milk & Meadow Grass Fed Beef - Order now for Dec. 2016!

We're taking orders now for Milk & Meadow 2016!

Milk and Meadow is Cedar Valley's unique take on grassfed beef. We allow bull calves to nurse (along with grazing) when the rest of the herd are weaned. This produces an excellent growth rate and a very flavorful, tender meat.

We have bull calves whose hanging weight will be between 330 - 385 lbs that have been exclusively pasture and milk fed. The price is $6.50 per pound on the hanging weight (about $650 per quarter, including butcher costs).

Hanging weight is the weight after butchering, but before cutting into individual pieces. Depending on your instructions to the butcher you'll take home 55% - 65% of the hanging weight.

Wholes, halves and quarters are available. A $300 per quarter deposit is required.

To place an order, please fill out the form below and send your deposit by December 10. If you have any questions, please email cdrvalleyfarm@gmail.com.
